Our store is hosted on Wix.com They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. The Training Table Restaurants Notifications mobile message service (the "Service") is operated by The Training Table Restaurants, LLC (“The Training Table)”, “we”, or “us”). Your use of the Service constitutes your agreement to these terms and conditions (“Mobile Terms”). We may modify or cancel the Service or any of its features without notice. To the extent permitted by applicable law, we may also modify these Mobile Terms at any time and your continued use of the Service following the effective date of any such changes shall constitute your acceptance of such changes.

By consenting to our Notifications SMS/text messaging service, you agree to receive recurring SMS/text messages from and on behalf of The Training Table Restaurants through your wireless provider to the mobile number you provided, even if your mobile number is registered on any state or federal Do Not Call list. Text messages may be sent using an automatic telephone dialing system or other technology. Service-related messages may include updates, alerts, and information (e.g., order updates, account alerts, etc.). Promotional messages may include promotions, specials, and other marketing offers (e.g., cart reminders).

You understand that you do not have to sign up for this program in order to make any purchases, and your consent is not a condition of any purchase with The Training Table Restaurants, LLC. Your participation in this program is completely voluntary.

We do not charge for the Service, but you are responsible for all charges and fees associated with text messaging imposed by your wireless provider. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Check your mobile plan and contact your wireless provider for details. You are solely responsible for all charges related to SMS/text messages, including charges from your wireless provider.

You may opt-out of the Service at any time. Text the single keyword command STOP to 57508. You'll receive a one-time opt-out confirmation text message. No further messages will be sent to your mobile device, unless initiated by you. If you have subscribed to other The Training Table Restaurants, LLC mobile message programs and wish to cancel, except where applicable law requires otherwise, you will need to opt-out separately from those programs by following the instructions provided in their respective mobile terms. Shipping Policy

 

All the products are shipped from our warehouse in Utah. We offer free shipping in the United States.

We use all shipping companies (USPS/Fedex/USP/DHL) depending on the destination. It usually takes us 2-3 business days to ship the order. The order gets delivered within 5-7 business days after it has been shipped.

Lost Items

 

If any order is lost during transit we will send a replacement, usually this does not happen. An order is considered lost is it has been in the courier company’s system for a period of 21 days.

 

Wrong/Incomplete Address

If order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, we will re-ship the order only after the customer pays the reshipping costs. The Training Table Restaurants will not be responsible for loss of an order if the address provided by the customer is incorrect.

 

 

Returns

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 from your purchase date to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.  It must also be in the original packaging.

 

If your product arrives damaged, please contact us at orders@thetrainingtable.com with pictures of your damaged goods and we will replace the damaged item(s).  To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. 

 

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item.  We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 7 business days.

PRIVACY NOTICE FOR CALIFORNIA RESIDENTS

This California Privacy Notice complements the information provided in our Privacy Policy and applies solely to all visitors and users who reside in the State of California (“consumers,” “your” or “you”). “We,” “us,” “our,” and “The Training Table” refers to The Training Table Restaurants, LLC. Access to Specific Information and Data Portability Rights

You have the right to request that The Training Table disclose certain information to you about our collection and use of your Personal Information over the preceding 12 months. Once we receive and confirm your verifiable consumer request, we will disclose the following to you:

  • The categories of Personal Information we have collected about you.

  • The categories of sources for the Personal Information we have collected about you.

  • Our business or commercial purpose for collecting or selling that Personal Information.

  • The categories of third parties with whom we share that Personal Information.

  • The specific pieces of Personal Information we collected about you (also called a data portability request).

 

If we sold or disclosed your Personal Information for a business purpose, two separate lists disclosing:

  • sales, identifying the Personal Information categories that each category of recipient purchased; and

Deletion Request Rights

  • Exercise of free speech to ensure the right of another consumer to exercise their free speech rights, or exercise other rights under the law.

  • Comply with the California Electronic Communications Privacy Act

  • Engage in public or peer-reviewed scientific, historical, or statistical research in the public interest that adheres to all other applicable ethics and privacy laws, when the information’s deletion may likely render impossible or seriously impair the research’s achievement, if you previously provided informed consent.

  • Make other internal and lawful uses of that information that are compatible with the context in which you provided it.

 

Exercising Access, Data Portability, and Deletion Rights

Only you, or a person registered with the California Secretary of State that you authorize to act on your behalf, may make a verifiable consumer request related to your Personal Information. You may also make a verifiable consumer request on behalf of your minor child.

You may only make a verifiable consumer request for access or data portability twice for free within a 12-month period. The verifiable consumer request must:

  • Provide sufficient information that allows us to reasonably verify you are the person about whom we collected Personal Information or an authorized representative.

  • Describe your request with sufficient detail that allows us to properly understand, evaluate, and respond to it.

 

We cannot respond to your request or provide you with Personal Information if we cannot verify your identity or authority to make the request and confirm the Personal Information relates to you.

Making a verifiable consumer request does not require you to create an account with us. We will only use Personal Information provided in a verifiable consumer request to verify the requestor’s identity or authority to make the request.

 

Response Timing and Format

We will respond to a verifiable consumer request within forty-five (45) days of its receipt. If we require more time (up to 90 days), we will inform you of the reason and extension period in writing.

If you have an account with us, we will deliver our written response to that account. If you do not have an account with us, we will deliver our written response by mail or electronically, at your option.

Any disclosures we provide will only cover the 12-month period preceding the verifiable consumer request’s receipt. The response we provide will also explain the reasons we cannot comply with a request, if applicable. For data portability requests, we will select a format to provide your Personal Information that is readily useable and should allow you to transmit the information from one entity to another entity without hindrance.

We do not charge a fee to process or respond to your verifiable consumer request unless it is excessive, repetitive, or manifestly unfounded. If we determine that the request warrants a fee, we will tell you why we made that decision and provide you with a cost estimate before completing your request.

 

PERSONAL INFORMATION SALES OPT-OUT AND OPT-IN RIGHTS

If you are 16 years of age or older, you have the right to direct us to not sell your Personal Information at any time (the “right to opt-out”). We do not sell the Personal Information of consumers we actually know are less than 16 years of age, unless we receive affirmative authorization (the “right to opt-in”) from either the consumer who is between 13 and 16 years of age, or the parent or guardian of a consumer who is between 13 and 16 years of age. Consumers who opt-in to Personal Information sales may opt-out of future sales at any time.

 

NON-DISCRIMINATION

We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of your CCPA rights. Unless permitted by law, we will not:

  • Deny you goods or services.

  • Charge you different prices or rates for goods or services, including through granting discounts or other benefits, or imposing penalties.

  • Provide you a different level or quality of goods or services.

  • Suggest that you may receive a different price or rate for goods or services or a different level or quality of goods or services.

 

However, we may offer you certain financial incentives allowed by the CCPA that can result in different prices, rates, or quality levels. Any such financial incentive will contain written terms that describe the program’s material aspects. Participation in a financial incentive program requires your prior opt-in consent, which you may revoke at any time.

 

CHANGES TO OUR PRIVACY POLICY

The effective date of this notice is October 7th, 2022.  The Training Table Restaurants, LLC reserves the right to amend this privacy notice at any time. When we make changes to this privacy notice, we will post the updated notice on the Site and update the notice’s effective date.
